Business Controller (Rightproc)

Main ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control income and expense activities within RightProc, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Oversee the timely collection of platform fees, rebates and management fees.
Facilitate efficient payment to suppliers, as needed for timely collection of fees/rebates.
Maintain accurate records of rebates collected and facilitate the disbursement to clients.
Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate income and expense projections.
Conduct regular analysis and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks.
Analyze, monitor, and evaluate income and expense performance, providing insightful reports to management.
Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
Lead periodic monthly business review meetings with stakeholders.
Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of variances against budget and forecast, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:Diploma/Degree in commerce, business administration, accounting and/or finance.
Good command of English.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Good understanding of financial principles.
Capable of generating insightful reports with large datasets.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently.
