Business & Corporate Banking - Account Relationship Manager (Sibu)

Overview
To manage existing and acquire new commercial banking clients to the bank. This role will report to the Business Center Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Acquire new account relationships.
Manage a portfolio of existing Commercial Banking Account relationships to grow both funded and non-funded income.
Provide value-added banking advice and customized financial solutions to optimize revenue generation from the portfolio.
Write credit applications for new account acquisition and ensure timely review and renewal of existing accounts.
Ensure acceptable asset quality of the existing portfolio by being proactive and up-to-date with market intelligence related to accounts and industries managed.
Work closely with product partners including Trade Services, Global Markets, and Deposit & Liability Management to meet clients' financial and banking requirements.
Ensure that banking facilities offered to clients are structured in compliance with credit lending policies.
Address key risks of cases adequately in Credit Applications before submission to Wholesale Credit.
Preserve the asset quality of the bank at all times.
Monitor and encourage utilization of existing facilities under the portfolio to increase revenue.
Follow through with clients to ensure acceptance of the Bank's facilities and subsequent drawdown.
