**About the job Business Developer**:Position: Senior Recruiter/ Business DeveloperSalary Up to RM8000Location: Johor Bahru**Responsibilities**- Identify partnership opportunities- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand- Maintain existing business- Think critically when planning to assure project success- Develop for new customers, new projects, and new business opportunities.- Build a good rapport and long-term relationships with customers.- Conduct an effective business presentation to clients according to their needs.- Provide customer-focused solutions and to meet the company's business goals and sales targets.- Responsible for follow-up and co-ordinate on projects progress throughout the sales process.- Ensure timely payment by clients.- Any other duties as when assigned.**Qualifications**- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience in recruitment agency- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies- Focused and goal-oriented- Diploma / Degree in Business or any equivalent field.- Good in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Task orientated, self-motivated and able to work independently.- Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.- Computer literate knowledge.- Time management and planning skills- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
