Business Development Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio and market coverage.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by consistently delivering results and closing deals.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Present and communicate the value of SOLIDWORKS solutions to address client challenges and enhance their workflows.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and drive business expansion.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:Proven experience in solution-based sales, preferably in the CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related industries.
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, with strong communication skills to engage a diverse client base.
Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Confident, persuasive, and skilled in building lasting client relationships.
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a similar role or industry.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
