Job Responsibilities-Prepare Tenancy Agreement for New or Renewal. -Follow up with Outlet for the documentation and arrangement of Tenancy Agreement. -Key in information in LHDN website for stamping process. -Prepare letter to the Subtenant. -Process the termination procedure of Subtenant. -Reporting on list of renewal Subtenant Tenancy Agreement (expiry in 2 months) to Area Managers. -Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior. Education and Qualification-Diploma and above in Business Studies-Fresh graduates are welcome to applyTechnical Skills, Professional Knowledge and Competencies-Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation -Writing and Communication Skill – High in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
