Business Development Am/Manager-Penang

Responsibilities:Build and expand recruitment for franchisees, supporting and building sales according to the company's expansion plan.
Maintain good rapport and support franchisees in Rockwills business.
Propose and organize marketing activities (talks, roadshows) to increase brand awareness and sales.
Assist in organizing estate planning workshops to enhance franchisees' product knowledge.
Handle franchise and marketing inquiries on Rockwills services.
Manage and oversee daily administration and maintain smooth operation of the branch office.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements:Possess at least a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar qualifications.
At least 3 years of working experience with skills in managing and supervising a team of subordinates.
Good command of English.
Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage as this position requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Meticulous and committed to providing quality services and working within deadlines.
Good communication skills and tactful in dealing with people.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
