Job Description Conduct commercial viability assessments, financial analysis, and evaluate risk-reward scenarios Maintain and manage key data sets and performance reporting for market tracking.Lead process improvement initiatives through automation, including report automation and dashboard implementationProvide business analytics and insights to drive initiatives aligned with company growth.Perform in-depth analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to support strategic business decisions.Assist senior team members in executing key transactions and supporting business deals.Maintain and nurture client relationships to promote retention, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.Handle contract negotiations and execution in alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with companies and stakeholders involved in commodity trading.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HOD or Directors.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or financial analysis, preferably in the trading industry.Strong familiarity with the commodity trading sector and contract execution.Experience in driving process improvements, including automation tools like dashboards and reporting software.
