Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to support brands and agencies that advertise with SuperMom.
This individual will drive media sales and manage advertiser accounts to ensure they are successfully executed to achieve business objectives.
This is a full-time role based in Malaysia.
You Will Drive media sales and monetise our media inventory through cold calling, hunting and existing enterprise client connections Achieve individual sales and team revenue targets through your own pitching efforts Strategize & develop client proposals that meet client objectives Work with Revenue Growth, Campaign Operations and marketing teams to service client accounts and deliver client campaigns Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients establishing as trusted consultant at all levels Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies, negotiating additional budgets along with up selling Supermom solutions Requirements You Have 5+ years of experience in agency sales and business development Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients Strong understanding of digital advertising and adtech platforms Have exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makers Good understanding of how to run and measure performance with relevant KPIs Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders Quantitative/analytical experience Experience with using CRM platform such as Salesforce or Hubspot Benefits Robust compensation package: Base-plus-commissions Bonus plans based on individual, team and/or campaign performances Comprehensive ongoing training and professional development career path programs Director-led boardroom, classroom and personalized coaching and training Work hard, play hard office culture led by a multi-national workforce Team-based workplace dynamic with vibrant talent collaborating toward common objectives and goals
