Business Development Assistant Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager at Freshtel Internet located in Kuala Lumpur, Old Klang Road with flexibility for some remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research, as well as supporting the business development team in creating and implementing sales strategies.**Responsibilities**:- Identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research.- Creating and implementing sales strategies.- To create and maintain a strong network with agents and management office.- Experience with and undertaking of standalone project.- Develop and implement key account strategy and sales plans within Telco Industry, dealing with building management office will be added advantages.**Job Requirements**:- Minimal Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.- Can speak Chinese is added advantage.- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Passionate for giving new ideas and providing consultation to agents/clients.- Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive attitude.- True team player and outgoing personality.Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/15/2024
