Randstad is partnering with a reputable company listed on the US stock exchange with focus in advisory and consultancy in corporate financial matters. As part of a newly developed team, the Business Development function is essential in gathering leads, engaging in client management and ensuring a successful relationship building.
about the job Work with channel partners to find and secure new clients, building a pipeline for business growth in SEA. Travel within assigned countries to lead sales meetings and presentations, capturing new opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Attend trade shows and conferences in SEA to expand networks and find business prospects. Report regularly to Headquarters on meetings, site visits, and business activities. Execute ECM deals such as IPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, and Takeovers. Prepare and ensure compliance of offer documents for ECM transactions. Liaise with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and other intermediaries. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful ECM transactions. Ensure compliance with securities regulations and resolve regulatory issues. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prepare financial models, information memoranda, and presentations for investors. requirements

Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, business, marketing, finance or business development is necessary as a baseline qualification. An MBA is an advantage. Required Experience: Experienced in investment banking and a strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets and IPO processes. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business development. Fluent in spoken and written English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong business acumen and commercial insight. Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and networking. Commitment to professional integrity and ethical business practices.
