Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.Responsible for managing the Business Development team performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for client needs.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.Monitor and report on sales performance, target customers, department budget and other reports.Achieve sales targets, KPIs and objectives set by management.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Participate in conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.Minimum 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Total Logistics.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related fields.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Excellent organisational, time management skills, and leadership skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
