Executive, Business Development (East Coast Region)

Responsibilities Deliver growth and revenue targets from general trade accounts by monitoring the performance of sales representatives and distributors.Ensure distributor agents and sales representatives focus on product variation growth and the expansion of designated sales areas.Monitor customer aging records to ensure payments are made within agreed terms and resolve any disputes that arise.Analyze and review data on market trends and competitor activities to position the business ahead of the competition.Manage product returns from customers to minimize costs, improve profitability and enhance customer service.Maintain strong relationships with buyers and key customers.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.Experience in sales and sales operations, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
