Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Independent and self-motivated
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
