Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business through developing new opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and mission in all interactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and reliable with a proactive approach to work- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
