**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the strategic goals of Top Glove Corporation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business development principles, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Market Research:** Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify new business leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting activities.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market data using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and compliance, to ensure alignment in business strategies.
- **Reporting:** Prepare reports on business development activities, outcomes, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Adaptability:** Stay current with industry trends and changes, adjusting tactics and strategies as necessary to respond to market demands.
- **Networking:** Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and develop potential business contacts.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing professional skills and knowledge essential for job performance.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Experience in the rubber or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
