**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Strategic Partnership Development:** Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and clients to promote collaborative opportunities that align with our business objectives.

- **Performance Tracking and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Networking and Outreach:** Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's interests and identify new business prospects.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related roles, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
