Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:
Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in business development. The ideal candidate will be independent, have strong people management skills, and possess a talent for persuasion.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Resourceful and able to think creatively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
