Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team remotely. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities:1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various communication channels, such as emails, calls, and virtual meetings.3. Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations for clients.4. Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and expand your professional network.5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for business growth.6. Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives.7. Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Highly motivated and able to work independently.6. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills.7. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
