### Job Description:
Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. ### Key Responsibilities:
- **Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and present findings to inform business strategy.
- **Lead Generation:** Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships. Employ various outreach methods including email campaigns, networking, and social media engagement to generate leads.
- **Relationship Management:** Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating ongoing communication.
- **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials tailored to target demographics.
- **Proposal Development:** Craft compelling proposals and presentations that address customer needs and demonstrate our value proposition. Prepare negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- **Performance Reporting:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Regularly evaluate progress and suggest improvements to processes and strategies.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on business development efforts and enhance customer experience.
### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- **Skills:**
- **Planning:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- **Persuasion:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in using analytics tools to assess market trends and calculate ROI.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
