**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. As a part-time entry-level associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts, contributing fresh ideas, and aiding in the expansion of our market presence. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a collaborative team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships that align with UEM Sunrise Berhad's goals.
- Assist in developing strategic presentations and proposals aimed at prospective clients and partners.
- Support in maintaining and updating our customer database with new contacts and potential leads.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for business outreach and expansion.
- Participate in virtual meetings and calls to engage with potential clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and business reach.
- Prepare regular reports and insights based on market analysis and lead generation activities.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
**Requirements:**

- Confidence and energy to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
