As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Engineer. Responsibilities:- To business develop equipment, subsystems, and consumables sales in Malaysia. Establish new customers, and build a good rapport with new or existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Provide professional solutions and quotations according to customers' requirements. Involve and work closely with the internal product management group and manufacturing group to identify customers' requirements professionally. Conduct pre or post-sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Extremely comfortable with technical applications and covering all product knowledge to provide the best support to end users. Determine sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results. Generate sales revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting & closing sales. Explore, develop, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. Meeting Quarterly and Yearly sales targets. Requirements:- Degree in Industrial / Electronics / Mechatronic / Science studies or equivalent. Candidate with 3 years of related working experience in the Semiconductor or E&E industry is an added advantage. The candidate must be an independent person who is self-disciplined and self-motivated with strong communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, highly adaptive to the fast and dynamic working environment. Willing to travel frequently either domestically or abroad.
