Meaningful and Fulfilling Work Inspiring and Caring Leaders Global Talent Center Recharge Your PotentialJob Summary: To assist the Senior Service Sales Manager to plan, organize, direct and control the service contract sales for both AC and DC power, Precision Environmental Control Unit (PECU) and other contract sales to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in sales turnover year-on-year. To achieve (and exceed where possible) the orders and sales plan budgeted for the fiscal year within/exceeding targeted profit margins relating to his area of responsibility.Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Service Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing service contract marketing plan and strategy as well as soliciting new service contract sales in order to achieve sales within planned expense limit. Achieve (and exceed where possible) the orders and service sales plan budgeted for the fiscal year within/exceeding targeted profit margins relating to his area of responsibility. Responsible for the complete sales cycle from getting the purchase order to receiving payment from customer. Participate and contribute to the development of the marketing plans and targets by close monitoring and analysis of orders and sales results and market intelligence. Initiate and participate in short, medium and long term sales and marketing planning of the company in order to ensure sustainable profit growth of the sales year-on-year.Requirements: University or College Degree in Marketing / Engineering or equivalent. Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin Language. Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Proficient in strategic marketing, research and sales skills. Excellent skills in market analysis. Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Excellent inter-personal skills both towards customers and internally. Creative, innovative, analytical and possessing a strong commitment to excellence. Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
