Job Description:
Provideengineering and technical supportto dealers worldwide, ensuring high-quality assistance and troubleshooting for product installations and operations.
Assist in preparingdesign drawings , including AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit, and generateBill of Materialsand key maintenance documents such asTroubleshooting Guides, Maintenance Manuals , andComponent Manuals.
Collaborate with all relevant departments toresolve technical issues , ensuringaccuracy and consistencyin design and minimizing errors in material fabrication and site installation.
Engage in brainstorming sessions, discussingnew proposalsor suggestions for improving company products and systems, backed by thorough calculations and dimensional analysis to solve technical challenges.
Travel and attend meetingsas necessary to ensure smooth communication and project management.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experiencein the industry or a related field.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenwith a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Confidence in presentingideas and solutions to diverse audiences, with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge ofAutoCAD , strong design skills, and experience withother relevant design softwareis a plus.
