Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the waste management industry and its regulations are added value. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, showing proactive initiative, adaptability, and the capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic business environment. Demonstrated attention to detail, goal-orientation, and a strong sense of customer service to meet client expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Possession of own transportation and willingness to travel for business purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations, reports, and other documentation.
