Business Development Executive ( Basic + Commision)

-Lead Generation and Prospecting:



-Identify potential clients in target markets and research key individuals to initiate contact.


-Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.


-Qualify leads to determine their fit for the company's products or services.


-Client Relationship Building:



-Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to foster customer loyalty.


-Understand clients' business needs and recommend solutions that align with their objectives.


-Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.


-Market Analysis:



-Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.


-Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine strategies and product offerings.


-Monitor industry events, news, and trends to stay informed of any changes that could impact business opportunities.


-Sales Strategy and Planning:



-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.


-Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to drive new business.


-Set up sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them.


-Negotiation and Deal Closure:



-Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to close deals.


-Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.


-Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.


-Reporting and Performance Tracking:



-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.


-Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for review by management.


-Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


-Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred.


-Skills:


-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.


-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.


-Analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
