Business Development Executive (Bms/Building Automation/Hvac/Electronic Controls/Energy Management)

JOB PURPOSE:



-Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.


Responsibilities:



-Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.


-To develop specific targeted leads.


-Independent in performing all sales and marketing related functions.


-Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.


-Build strong rapport with Consultants, MandE Contractors, End Clients and others. Able to handle B2B and C2G portfolios.


-To work closely with Marketing to customize presentations, marketing materials and specific client or project required documents. To provide feedback on any improvement needed.


-Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.


-To assist on projects where necessary.


-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


-Perform other tasks and responsibilities as and when assigned. This task may or will be communicated via emails, memo, letter, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other readable methods.

; Requirements:-


-Should have at least 5 years' experience in the field of HVAC/ CONTROLS/ ELECTRONICS/ BMS (or similar industry function/knowledge)


-Must have Degree/Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering


-MUST be able to travel locally and regionally and able to work long hours (After Office Hours) - subject to requirements.


-Pleasant, smart and professional looks.


-Able to manage, deal and socialise with all level of Clients, e.g. Junior Executive up to Senior Management (up to CEO MD level) regardless of characteristics.


-Has strong and tactful negotiation skills.


-Proficient with presentation skills and calculations.


-Has to be punctual, discipline and responsible.


-Strategic planner with a twist of out of the box solution thinker.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
