Business Development Executive - Corporate

Prepare and handle quotations for clients (New & Renewal)Follow up with insurer on endorsements, billings and receipts to ensure all documentation are in order before forwarding them to respective parties.Contact, follow up and collect payments from clients, or ensure client made payments directly to the insurers, for new and renewal Insurance before keying-in and updating into system and/or listing.Monitor the policy issuance and commission by insurers is done on timely manner, before issuing any required commission payments to distributors and companies.Attend training or courses as required/requested by insurance companies, and meetings with clients to solve problems accounts, endorsements etc (if required)Ensuring constant communication with clients via phone, Whatsapp or email.Assist the Chief Marketing Officer and Operations Department Management on other duties or tasks assigned.
