Business Development Executive (Export/Manufacturing) - Based in Shah Alam The incumbent will be responsible to develop business with clients across the globe, drive our sales and grow the business, Key roles would be finding new clients, and building-up strong business relationships with existing customers. Also working with various departments, and report to Business Development Manager. Main responsibilities Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships, by coordinating with customers on artworks, samples, shipping, documentation, registration and understanding on their country requirements. Assist Business Development Manager in Sales & Marketing related activities Managing client information in the CRM database.to keep the sales process on track Working closely with employee across different departments on different tasks including payment updates, freight checking, artworks design, order planning, country registration and so on. Ability to multitasking, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Might need to work in different time zones, subject to the assigned customer base. Update & prepare monthly sales reports using Power BI Email blasting, and gather all potential leads in CRM Handling social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin. Work with marketing department on creating social media content. Job requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in business management, marketing, or 1-2 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate must have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, business partners and customers Experienced in MasLog, MyWave, SharePoints, Teams & Power BI will be an added advantage Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
