Business Development Executive

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies- Researching prospects and generating leads.- Actiively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.- Set up meetings with new/existing customers, gather feedbacks, handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, building and maintaining customer records, overseeing customer statement report.- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, participating in sales team meeting- Must Training in KL Office 6-12months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
