Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our expansion efforts in Johor Bahru. This role involves recruiting TCM Physicians and Tuina Therapists (training provided), coordinating store renovations, managing outreach activities, and sourcing new locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment:Identify and poach qualified TCM practitioners and therapists.
Project Coordination:Oversee new store renovations in collaboration with HQ.
Marketing & Outreach:Organize events and campaigns to promote the brand.
Location Sourcing:Research and recommend potential sites for new outlets.
Requirements:
Experience in business development, recruitment, or project coordination.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of TCM and market trends is a plus but not a must.
