We are seeking aBusiness Development Executiveto join our team for Industrial Property Developer.

Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
Coordinate design and planning activities in consultation with professionals/specialists to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Assist with procurement processes, including negotiations with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and provide recommendations to the Manager.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary tasks within a project or outsourced assignments, including project planning, budgeting, and related activities.
Work closely with the Manager and Division Manager to understand and contribute to functional development requirements within a project.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar function in property development.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
