As a Business Development Executive at Astute Social, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls to generate leads, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to create content calendars that align with clients' objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Cold Calling:Proactively identify and research potential clients within target markets.Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce Astute Social's services and establish initial contact with prospects.Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.Booking Meetings:Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified leads to further discuss their needs and explore opportunities for collaboration.Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure all relevant parties are informed and prepared.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to provide relevant solutions and support.Content Calendar Creation:Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs, target audience, and marketing goals.Develop comprehensive content calendars outlining content themes, topics, and publishing schedules aligned with clients' marketing strategies.Work closely with internal teams, including content creators and marketers, to ensure timely execution and delivery of content.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.Proficiency in English , Malay and Mandarin preferablyHighly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
