Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and helping to develop strategies for expanding the business of the company.**Responsibilities**- Attract and nurture clients- Meet sales target and company goal- Prepare and deliver sales pitches/proposals- Create long lasting relationships with clients- Effective team work and collaboration to achieve goals**Education & Experience**:- Degree/Diploma- 2 - 3 years of solid sales and business development experiences with good track record of hitting/exceeds goals, KPIs and targets.- Experience in corporate training industry is a plus.**Competencies (Soft Skill)**:- Conscientiousness- Curious- Results Driven- Goal-Oriented- Ambition, Passion, Grit- Team Player- Humility- Empathy- Optimism**Competencies (Technical)**:- Knowledge of the targeted industry markets and business organisation development needs.- Knowledge of company's products & services.- Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.- Able to produce well-written proposals and good presentation skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
