Business Development Executive

We are specialist contractors involved in interior fit-out services and project implementation. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking and motivated people to be part of our team.**Business Development Executive**- To monitor the various media platforms for potential opportunities- Perform information gathering and research on potential projects.- Make introductory contact with potential clients, including submission of letters of introduction, collaterals, and presentations.- Perform site recce and site visits of potential projects.- Attend meetings, site visits, and tender brief.- Assist with the preparation and coordination with various departments of Tenders and perform tender related activities.- Perform follow-ups on participated tenders and updating on any progress.- Monitor and update the potential project list.**Business Development Admin**- Update, control and record keeping of the department's various documents both online and offline.- Updating and preparation of reports on the various BDD activities.- Preparation of letters and collaterals for usage of the BDD Department- Compilation and preparation of the tender documents and liasing with the various departments.- Monitor and update on the potential project list and other related documents.REQUIREMENT:- At least A Diploma in Business Management / Business Administration or equivalent.- Between 3 to 5 years of working experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing- Able to communicate effectively in English.- Resilient with good organizational skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Your notice period?- Current Salary (Please state if basic + allowance / basic only)- Expected Salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
