Functional skill-sets



-3+ years of experience in Business development/Sales with field experience


-Experience in sourcing SME customers for Term financing, Overdrafts, and Asset financing is a significant advantage


-Language Skills to speak Mandarin/Cantonese in addition to Malay

Behavioral skill-sets



-Self-starter, 100% ownership, and unshakeable enthusiasm


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills


-Highly achievement-oriented, action biased and assertive
