Customer Acquisition: Develop and expand the customer base across Malaysia (and possibly regional) for our design, retail fit-out, and facility management solutions, focusing on retail and commercial clients.Sales Channels and Campaigns: Spearhead innovative sales and marketing campaigns, blending both creative and conventional approaches to optimize lead generation.Customer Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, overseeing service requests and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction with our facility management solutions.Market Insight and Strategic Planning: Monitor industry trends and customer needs to contribute to service innovation and strategic planning with the management team.Goal-Oriented Performance: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, showcasing a results-driven approach.Technical Skills: Familiarity with design and video editing software is a plus, enhancing the ability to create engaging content for marketing purposes.Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in a second language to facilitate regional customer engagement.Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in business development or a related field, preferably within the commercial fit-out or construction industry.Sales Channels and Campaigns: Spearhead innovative sales and marketing campaigns by leveraging a blend of channels, including digital marketing, networking events, in-person meetings, industry conferences, and strategic partnerships to maximize lead generation and reach target clients effectively.Driven and Independent: Self-starter with a disciplined approach, capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, paired with excellent organization, deadline orientation, and attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for managing and tracking client interactions.Focused on High-Impact Activities: Ability to prioritize high-value tasks to drive maximum business impact.Growth Mindset: Resourceful, coachable, and dedicated to achieving measurable results.This role offers excellent career progression, a rewarding remuneration and the chance to contribute significantly to our regional growth.
