Business Development Executive**Job Description**:Sales:- ( ) Assist and monitor agent to boost their sales and meet monthly target/goal.- ( ) Research on new efficient marketing for takaful/investment product- ( ) Plan and execute online sales strategy to ensure agency goals are metRecruitment:- ( ) To attract new agent joining the agency & guide them with Starter Kit.- ( ) Plan and execute online recruitment strategy to ensure agency goals are met.Agency:- ( ) To provide sales & recruitment report on weekly, monthly & annually basis.- ( ) To create and improve image of the agency on social media.- ( ) To prepare monthly agency activity & training content.- ( ) To monitor closely on agent personal development.Requirement- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Insurance or Unit Trust Agent.- IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point.- Proficient (both written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Leadership - think out of the box to fundamentally change the way to drive the market- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.Basic salary : RM2,000 - RM2,500 + CommissionLocation : Putrajaya**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Tips- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
