Description**Primary Objective**:Support Area Manager to expand business profitability in an efficient manner:- Manage Agency / Hub, RHB Group and Direct business portfolio to maximize productivity- Work with underwriter in acceptance of new risks as according to acceptance limit given by HO- Prepare survey and risk management program for targeted clients- Expand new market share- Increase hub force- Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies- Review product portfolio**Key Responsibilities**:To promote and sell General Insurance Bancassurance product at RHB Branches- To identify potential prospects and build/maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers- Provide sales advisory to the Bank's customers on General Insurance products- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve monthly sales target- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer serviceEnsure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliance with internal and external polices, guideline as well as regulations**Requirements**:**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree -. Relevant professional qualification in insurance and/or degree in any discipline.- .
