Job DescriptionTo promote NR-Minerals & NR-Agriculture inspection & testing Services. Visit existing customers periodically for contract reviews.To support & maintain existing contracts database.To ensure all customer enquiries are followed up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target/KPI set.To ensure monthly proposal/quotations target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded.To meet and achieve monthly sales target set by NR Business line.To prepare, arrange and co-ordinate customer visits & meetings.Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services and report back to superior any improvement for further excellence of the services offered.Assist & liaise between customers and SGS technical teams to provide follow-up and feedback for technical questions and specification needs.Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or Senior Mangement.·QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in customer care, sales or business development in a technical services or industrial capacity.Degree in Business, Chemical Sciences or equivalent would be an asset.Proven track record of successful customer relationship & key account management.Experience in dealing with mineral industries would be an asset.Knowledge in using MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to CRM software is an advantage.Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide occasionally.
