Key Responsibilities:Travel: Be willing to travel overseas to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and engage in on-the-ground market research to better understand customer needs and market dynamics.Overseas Customer Engagement: Actively engage with overseas customers to boost sales and provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.Customer Acquisition: Strategize and implement initiatives to identify and develop new overseas business opportunities, expanding our customer base.Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring continuous engagement.Market Expertise: Bring a solid understanding of international business practices and Incoterms to navigate and succeed in the global market effectively.Language Skills:Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Malay.
Qualifications and Skills:Recent graduates with a degree are welcomed, but candidates with prior experience in similar roles will be given preference.Candidates with a can-do attitude, willing to take extra challengesFlexibility to travel as required and adapt to different cultural environments.
