Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target.
• Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs
• Participate diligently in any promotion on campaign that may be held from time to time to achieve the desired results.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field
• Proven experience in executing merchandising operations, including the ability to create appealing and effective displays that enhance the customer shopping experience, preferably in the sports or fashion retail industry
• Confident with a dynamic personality
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - as we need you to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required to
