Business Development Executive

Job Descriptions : Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Monitor and analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and business pipeline. Requirements : At least 1-3 year experience in similar Capacity/ Logistics/ Shipping/ Forwarding. Can speak and write in Mandarin. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Customer service skills. Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point). Good negotiation and presentation skills. Working Hours : Monday – Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
