Business Development Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential business opportunities and target clients across various industries.
Conduct initial outreach and follow up with leads to build interest in company offerings.
Use CRM tools to track leads and update contact details and engagement history.
Client Relationship Support:
Assist the Business Development Manager in maintaining relationships with key clients and responding to client inquiries.
Schedule and participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to support client engagement and partnerships.
Sales Process Assistance:
Support the team in refining and documenting the business development process, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing to align on lead-generation strategies, sharing insights on client needs and market trends.
Contribute ideas for improving the CRM system and enhancing lead qualification processes.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitors, and client needs to support strategic planning.
Compile reports on lead generation, client feedback, and sales activities for the Business Development Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.
Team Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to support business goals.
Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry insights.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development and sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and task management.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong desire to learn and grow in the business development field.
