Job Description
The Business Development Executive drives Infosyte's training sales by identifying potential clients and converting leads.
The role works closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to execute the sales process, engages clients through calls and meetings, and ensures sales closure.
Persuasive and resourceful, the individual builds strong client relationships for repeat business while consistently meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
Contacting existing and potential clients through calls and meetings to promote and sell training programs.
Generating high-quality leads for follow-up and conversion.
Managing client accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of Infosyte's training programs to recommend suitable offerings based on client needs.
Consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role.
Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including decision-makers.
Solid experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions and addressing customer training needs effectively.
Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
