Business Development Executive (Industrial Property)

Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professionals/specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
Assist in procurement and negotiation with Consultants/Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendations to the Manager.
Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/outsource project assignments, including project planning and budgeting.
Work closely with the Manager and Division Manager to understand and contribute to their functional development requirements in a project.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function in property development.
Minimum degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing or related fields.
Willingness to travel within northern and southern regions of Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
