 Required Experience & Skills Experience in business development or sales in the IT sector (minimum 3 years preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsCommitment to results and strong self-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team Salary and Incentives Base Salary: RM4000 ~ RM6000 + Incentives (negotiable based on experience and skills)Incentives: Bonus payment for each new client acquisition, based on contract termsOther Benefits: Health insurance, annual paid leave, training programs for professional development, transportation allowance.
