Business Development Executive/Manager

PhytoGaia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to spearhead initiatives that drive growth and establish key business relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly focused, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven ability to execute strategies that foster business expansion.
Responsibilities Leverage existing relationships to generate new business and drive company growth.Identify growth opportunities within strategic market segments, particularly across Asia.Consistently meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume.Represent the company at industry trade shows and events as required.Travel regularly, particularly within Asia, to engage with clients and partners.Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand business.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Think critically and strategically to ensure the success of projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition, or a related field.2 - 5 years of relevant business development experience within the Dietary Supplements, Functional Foods & Beverages, Pet Foods/Supplements, or Personal Care/Cosmetic sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in executing successful growth strategies.Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.Proficiency in oral and written English, Bahasa, and Chinese.Goal-oriented with a sharp focus on achieving results.Must be able to work in Malaysia.
