About Business Development Executive (Personal Banking Mortgage):
The Business Development Executive will join the Personal Banking Mortgages Team, focusing on driving mortgage sales growth.
This role involves acquiring new customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored financial advice.
Key responsibilities include proactive prospecting, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Focus on selling completed project (sub sales) mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets.
Generate new business through networking and lead generation.
Analyze customer financial needs to recommend suitable mortgage products.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
Keep current with market trends and mortgage industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures in mortgage sales and lending.
