Responsibilities: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and engagementConduct outbound calls and email campaigns to connect with potential clientsArticulate the value and advantages of our software to prospective customersSchedule meetings with interested prospects for further discussions with the Siemens sales teamAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targetsMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM for effective follow-up What You Bring: At least 2 years of BD/ Telesales experience in software industry Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or business development is a plusFamiliarity with technical products is a plus Why Join Us?
