Right now, they're expanding and looking for a Business Development Specialist (Native Korean Speaker) to join their team.
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Responsibilities: Develop the country, territory or region you have been assigned to including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partnersActively hunt for trading professionals in all social and professional platforms/forums/blogs/communities with the aim of engaging them as clients/partnersFind the most effective/efficient local marketing channels to promote (in the most practical form) the company and its productsAssist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other company partners and work closely with customer support to onboard new clients and provide an impeccable user experience to all clientsWork closely with marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales/marketing contentBuild and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partnersNegotiate the terms of each partnership based on the existing rebate structuresAssist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance and work to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are metConduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to managementEnforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies and ethicsTravel to conferences and business meetings when required Candidate profile: Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experienceNative or near-native Korean is required and strong English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the regionMinimum Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplinesClient focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and written skillsAbility to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the clientDynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeedAbility to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude The offer: Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadershipContinuous personal development, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leadersCompetitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemesVibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrationsHigh level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the companyCompany-provided parkingAdditional days for annual leave and medical visits The application process will be handled directly by the client and include: Interview with the People Function (30 - 45 min) to assess match to our culture and companyInterview with the hiring manager (45 min) to assess match to the job and the team Join our team and be a part of a professional, rapidly-growing company operating in a multicultural environment!
